For those who have forgotten it, hedonism is a philosophical doctrine which takes as its moral principle the search for pleasure and the avoidance of suffering.


So, I confirm, the judgments of these highly qualified people, this wine "La Création 2017" from Domaine Raymond Usseglio & Fils is a great success which is more associated with a rib of beef bought for the occasion, and yet this is not is that a Vin de France appellation, you know that appellation where we find everything, from the most infamous piquette to the masterpiece, and there we are not far from the masterpiece.




This wine is made from the association of two old Grenache vines from exceptional Chateauneuf and Lirac terroirs, one on the left bank on a parcel of rolled pebbles, the other on the right bank on sandy soils.



Harvested by hand, the grapes fermented for 5 weeks in a concrete tank and then were raised in Tuscan terracotta amphorae "Drunk Turtle" to preserve the typicity of the old Grenaches.











The dress is a pretty ruby red, the nose is on scents of black fruits and peppery herbs, in the mouth it is silky and delicate, velvet in the mouth, delicious to drink.


Served between 16 and 18 ° C, opened one hour before or even better served in a carafe, this wine, to be drunk before 2027, will best accompany your red meats and terrines.
